Exhibitor Tabletop Sponsorship includes:

$200 – Marketing collateral bag insert:

As an additional opportunity, your brochure, pamphlet, etc., can be placed in each attendee’s registration packet or conference bag.

A fee of $200 is charged for participation in this distribution program. Please send a sample for approval, via email to info@coloradophysicaltherapists.org. It is the vendor’s responsibility to provide the needed number of copies. The vendor must ship the inserts directly to APTA Colorado office, 2851 S. Parker Rd., Ste. 1210, Aurora, CO 80014.

Inserts must arrive no later than Monday, September 20, 20121. Exhibitors are responsible for any shipping and handling charges associated with these pieces. Unused materials will not be returned.
