MARKETING COLLATERAL BAG INSERT
As an additional opportunity, your brochure, pamphlet, etc., can be placed in each attendee’s registration packet or conference bag.
A fee of $300 is charged for participation in this distribution program. It is the vendor’s responsibility to provide the needed number of copies. The vendor must ship the inserts directly to APTA Colorado office, 2851 S. Parker Rd., Ste. 1210, Aurora, CO 80014.
Marketing collateral inserts must arrive no later than Friday, September 15, 2023. Exhibitors are responsible for any shipping and handling charges associated with these pieces. Unused materials will not be returned. Please notify the APTACO office once you have shipped your items and tracking numbers.
SPONSOR/EXHIBITOR CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations MUST be submitted in writing to the APTA Colorado office at info@coloradophysicaltherapists.org. A confirmation of receipt will be sent in response to all cancellations. Cancellations will be refunded as follows:
